Cryogenically treated, Dean Markley Blue Steel strings boast long-lasting and much-loved, balanced tone. This pack of Light Top Heavy Bottom electric guitar strings includes gauges .010 to .052, blending big sound with smooth playability where the treble strings have a bendable feel while the bass strings remain tight and controlled. By freezing these strings at -195º Celsius, the molecules tighten, shrinking the microscopic gaps between each molecule and resulting in a better string that's more resistant to corrosive dirt and sweat. Another benefit of this specialised freezing process is that transient frequencies are removed, pulling the shrillness out of the trebles and cleaning the mud out of the basses.
